i quit conrad. wed's my last day.
well, iw anted to stay on when i was being taught the "production" work. however, someone in the afternoon crew resigned n this person's in chrage of the dinner buffet at Oscar's (the coffeehouse). ah...then ur fren here was thrown the task of looking after the buffet dinner plus setting up the entire buffet.
well, there's a part timer there working now n he's supposed to help me set up the buffet. ok, now i'm doing it all alone coz i told him to help out with the production work. why?
last saturday, OScar's was freaking busy and i was sent up to do the replenishment. it was hell for me. the asst esxec chef kept calling down asking for me when i was actually replenishing thefood.fuck!
n no one helped me at all. NO ONE. so much about team work. they rather have an untrained part timer to do production work than to put a trained full timer to do that. i dunthink that's logical at all. every night i do replenishment. i can't do anything else. if u're cutting cost, then u must knnow how to "allocate" work to ur staff base on their qualifications.
i am very sad. yesterday morning i cried.
just now i told th part timer to help with the production work n i coped with the buffet. he knew that i was frustrated n he offered to do the et up. however, i inisted that he do production work.
my malay colleague asked me how come he's doing production work n itold her that i asked himto do so n i also said that this is the scenario every night. she stared at me. she asked me why i didn't sp to chef abt this. i'm sorry, he ws the on who left me to do OScar's.
a part timer's better off than me. they dunno i can pipe happy birthday. they dunno alot abt me. i'm not there to impress at all. i just wanna pursue mydream. but im worse off than a part timer who's untrained n has no interest inthis line.
