yesterday i had to do a 'live' station which means we bascially gotta cook in front of the guests. i had to make fruit frittters = deep fried fruits in a batter. i did that in the open air at night. n right after that, i fell sick. yes, caught a flu. woke up this morning with my throat hurting. but i went to work.
half way at work, went to see the company doc. he was sooooo lousy. did even ask me if i'm allergic to any particular kinda medicine. i had to call home n ask my mum to buy medicine from my family GP. still gotta work tmrw. dunno if i can hang in there. abit weak. the stupid doc never issue me an mc. asshole!
one of my colleagues is going to make a bread showpiece n he's gonne make a wheatsheat. hehe...i did that in LCB. when is aw how he did it, i took a piece of the dough n showed him how he can score in the competition by shaping each small dough into a wheat. yeah, it'll take him a few hrs to complete it. if he wins, then all my LCB mates can consider joining the competition n i'm sure they'll win i. i've seen better n finer stuff from my classmates.
