had my day off yesterday coz today we had two impt functions. actually ir eally didn't think i was needed at work today. anyway, they got another guy to help out. i felt so redundant. never mind.
SM Lee was invited to raffels for dinner. so i had to make mango sorbet for him.
my elft wrist is hurting. i dunno for wat reason but i think it cld be a sprain. damn!
my fren baobao's back from london n will be in town for one mth. i talked to hre last nite over the phone. she agreed with me that my choice of working in a hotel will enable me to see more things. raffles pay is terrible n she asked me how i can survive. i told her that i'm only going for the experience. nothing more than that altho i wish the pay's higher. moreover, raffles demotes anyone who first join them. i'll hang in there.
hey! my chef made marshmallows today! he'll teach me next time. gee....that means in future i can make nougats, jelly n marshmallows! haha! that's really fun.
this week's not a busy week so i cna knock off early tmrw. maybe i can go home ard 4pm..... wow....can see sun set leh. haven't seen that for a long time.
