i watched the stand chart's seven yesterday. all abt rugby. interntaional one. not bad an experience. moreover, i was in the VIP lounge with free flow of beer, and soft drinks. also, we were given a bag with an adidas shirt.lus free makan! all of these for FREE!!!
it's a pity a rained in the afternoon. so myf ren n i decided to go home. but on our way back, we went to nooch for a drink n some food.
my fren spoke to me about today's business model. wow...there's a model for business? yes, apparently, in the past, u start from scratch n work ur way up but today, u need not know abt the trade u're going to make a business out of it. u can simply tap on human resources. that means, just employ pple who're gonna be useful to ya. alot of shortcuts.
my fren asked me abt my plans. n i told her. it's true i'm not getting maximum satisfaction at raffles. even my colleague said that to me just now. well, i can say that it's gonna be the same everywhere in singapore. we buy from suppliers n finish the final products. that's abt it. but sthg she said made sense to me. the mkt is not gonna wait for me.
it's true that i want to have my own bakery. i've no capital to start one. moreover, i wanna make use of my working holday visa n go overseas to work. i wanna gain experience. i find it very stifling here. very dead. monotonous. but i never felt like that in sydney. even tho everytime i work, i make the same old things but i seem to learn everyday. i was so happy there. always tired but always satisfied.
now, i've no time to experiment at all. very sad. i'm so tired these days. bt at least i've tried to bake at home. i made an opera cake for my birthday.i made puff pastry, tiramisu, swiss roll, bread. not bad givent hat fact that i only have one day off a week.
seriously must adjust my plans. by the age of 28, i wanna leave this place n work elsewhere. that's one hting for sure.
