i thought the busy period's over but i was toooo quick to say that. my junior sous chef's on leave from yesterday till coming wed. n i'm gonna be damn busy from tmrw to wed. the worst thing is i sprained my left hand. it's hard for me to carry things. shit! am gonna rub my miracle ointment later. hopefully it'll be better tmrw.
sigh....miss those days in sydney. i keep thinking bk wat happened in yr 2003 during this period. i miss my pals.
