pple, i'm really very touched by all ur encouragement. the WGS scholarship is sthg which will pose as a challenge to me. i spoke to pple who've joined it, won it, lost it but all said that it's an experience n a challenge. win or lose, give it a shot was their advice. so.....i'll let ya know my decision. strange, i'm usually not this indecisive. i was so firm in making this my career but i'm so hesitant in joining a competition. chickening out huh!
now, away from this WGS thingy. i played tennis just now with my buddy. then this guy approached us n asked if he cld join us for a game n we agreed. no harm. new kaki. i msut say that i enjoyed myself thoroughly. looks like i've relaly gotten a new kaki. this fella love tennis too. so in future, my buddy n i may play with him.
another piece of good news. it's back to work. i forgot to say this. my boss sent me to HR to have my photo taken. huh? wat ya talking laurel? ok, when u're aksed to have ur photo taken, it emans that boss recognise our work performance and sends us to collect a certificate of appreciation or rather a certificate of merit. well, that's good news for me! thank you boss! i enver did think that i'm up for this. basically i just do my job. but i must be responsible, use my initiative, be independent, and be a team player. he assessed my performance a few mths ago n he told me that i dunr eally use my initiative. so i'm doing watever i can to work on that.
