how on earth i managed to wake up at 4am in sydney??? i found it hard to stay focused this morning. woke up at 5.30am n started work at 7am. man, it's tough. i've to remember wat cakes i've to decorate for Ah Teng n Seah Street Deli. it's not that bad for the latter as i've an order from them everyday. however, the former's cakes are trickier. imagine the variety of cakes on the cake counter n i need to remember how to decorate them n also how many to serve out on weekdays n weekends. my god....i wrote down everything.
i dunno how long i'll survive at Ah Teng. it's so different from banquet. i miss my banquet life, my banquet mates, the banquet service staff..... it's alittle boring for me here. well, i have to motivate myself. if not i will enver progress.
