TODAY papers said that the govt is considering implementing a 4-day work week in the civil sector so as to encourage their employees to exercise. if this happens, these pple will clock in 12 hrs for 4 straight days instead of working 5 days, 8hrs/day.
i never kenw that if u exercise for 3 straight days n work ur ass of for 4 straight days will make u a leaner n healthier person. where the hell this came from? can someone please enlighten me on this issue? thank you very much. my simple mind plus my pathetic research knowledge n theories, as far as i can recall, says that exercises shd be done on a regular basis. can someone tell me that i'm wrong?
i think it's really ridiculous to even think abt this sorta "plan". moreover this was thought by the govt. PM LEE, U OK OR NOT? oh no...i mean ur team members still fine? or they've been overwhelmed by the baby issue n the many other changes u wish to bring abt to assert ur existence? maybe they are too stressed up. come on, give them a break! perhaps send them to thailand for holiday for abt 5 days. but pray that they dun kena bird flu or duck cough.
we need to ahve an extra day off just to exercise??? hey singaporeans! surely u dun have to exercise right? just pop those fat disposal pills. simple as ABC. why bother to exercise? pop the pills n then use ur UOB, or whatever card u have and go attack the buffets in hotels. eat till u drop dead. but it's ok really coz ur fats will be disposed or leaked out once u pop the pills. so who says we need to exercise?
if u're really keen on your health, then u shd take the initiative to exercise. i dun need an extra day off to exercise. i work 6 full days n i exercise at least 5 times a week. watz ur problem big baby civil servants??? need ur mum to breastfeed u all?
if this thing spreads to other countries, we'll be made a laughing stock. oh, i forgot, singaporeans damn thick skinned.
