next month, we're gonna make our own cakes. and i think there're gonna be alot o pblms. on top of that, christmas will be around the corner...more pblms, more work. but fear not, we'll be paid OT pay. that's not the point lah. i mean, i'm quite concered with the stuff we make now esp'ly the cookies that we serve with the coffee..it's take too much time to make them. tkaes us half a day to fix it. seriously, at coffee club, that job was completed in ab an hr. waste manpower.
met up with my ex-colleagues from raffles two days ago...realized that another guy has resigned n two more are gonna tender by the end of this month...the new pastrychef's in. hopefully he can save raffles pastry. it's scary. they're desperately short of manpower. few dare to venture into this living hell. this pastrychef 's first move was to change the layout of the kitchen..think he's crazy..there're more impt things at hand than changing the layout. get the pple in!!!
i'm not feeling veyr well today...tired...not from work but going out with different pple...gotta rest more
