today's my grandad's lunar birthday. i made a bailey's cake for him. at TCC< we serve Bailey's freeze in a glass. to make it into a cake, i've added gelatine so that the cake will not collapse. dunno if i've put too much or little gelatine. pray that everything's ok.
gonna cut the cake in half hr's time.
i jsut made brownie. it's for my mum's lunar birthday n that is tmrw. i'm bringing my mum out for dinner on her english birthday. it's on children's day. yeah, no joke. that's my mum's birthday. bringin her to curduroy n finch. nice place. been there on my fren's birthday. the ambience, service n quality's ...perfect!
i'm looking fwd to making tcc cakes. excited abt it. hey! it's been awhile since i'm excited abt my work.
