hey hey hey!!! guess wat? my student's mum sms earlier to inform me that her son attained 91 marks for his maths exam. for his mid-yr, he only managed 70+ marks. i'm impressed!! and defintely over the moon! luckily this boy's pretty gd n didligent. id i tell ya all that his mum actually told me how impressed she was with my teaching. her boy actually looked fwd to my lessons. so proud of my little achievement. i nevre knew i could do that. envertheless, i'll work hard with my student next yr. together we'll be able to soar in maths, a subject which i dun really like. haha!
tmrw's the day!! yes! the cakes are gonna be launched!!! damn bloody excited. today, the outlets faxed their orders in n one crazy outlet manager requested for 40 whole cakes!!! my god...that's enuff to feel a 300-pax function! my boss called that fella n told him off. hello, 2 whole cakes for each type will seem reasonable since it's a public holiday tmrw.
today we spent half the day cutting the cakes for tmrw. and the other half doing the shortcakes n the swiss rolls. these cakes can only be done the day before it's sent out. just like that n 1 whole day's gone! we didn't do much on our regular items. then the log cakes are gonna be on the "things to do" list...my god....the workload is increasing but i dun mind. afterall, this is still better than my previous workplace.
however, my boss is abit funny. i dunno why she doesn't wnat three of us to stay on to help out. only three of them stayed on to finish up the stuff. seriously, i dun think these pple left till 6pm lor. anyway, never work for female bosses. they're unpredictable becoz of their mood swings ncan get unreasonable too. hopefully my life after this place will get better.
