chef-cher
new term for a teacher chef...haha..came from my buddy petrine. she's gonna teach at RITC. so happy for her. it's another whole new experience. i would relish that too if an oppty comes long.
talking abt teaching, this new gal at my workplace is pissing off everyne. yesterday once again i was given the noble task of guiding her. my god...she took 4 hrs to glace 30 over cakes. i helped her oredi n she was still so slow. some more, i had to teach her to do yoghurt mousse. can't believe that my boss oushed that responsibility to me. i feel that all theis kinda stuff shd be done by my CDP. yes, it's interesting to teach but its not funny at all when u've a mountain of work to do. n the best part was the erest just waited for me to run downstairs to copy the orders for monday. i was so pissed n frustrated. they had the time to sit down n makan but me? hah!!! this is called team work..in the end i was standing there, eating, and doing my work....it's not worth it to kill my health n my diet lor....
so it was a bad day tos tart off with. however, good ending. went to my fren's house for pot luck. it wsa a good party. had different types of food n we talked....that's the main thing. to catch up wih each other.
anyway, folks, may we all have a better week ahead. ciao!
