suffocated!
yes, as the title says...i'm feeling exhausted. like a punctured tyre. i feel like quitting my job n backpack to europe or australia...i need a brand new envmt. i need fresher air, i need to break away from my normal routine, i need to upset my lifestyle n do sthg that is rash, impulsive yet adventurous n exciting. i wanna be young again. i wanna challenge the norm. i wanna break all goddamn rules. GIMME A BREAK!!!!
my mum n i were featured in the ntuc lifestyle magazine for a mother's day issue. pple have seen it n my fren said that it's an accurate write up but i've not even browsed thr it.
ok, i'm frustrusted. i need new goals. any suggestion???? aiyo...where's my sista.....

Work with children with autism.. haha~ it will inspire you every small step that they take towards 'normalization'. haha~ the first words that they learn to re-speak, the first signs of recipocating interaction and attention. The firs time they throw a tantrum that you don't know what to do... haha~ it's a new challenge every day and with every child. haha~ okiez.. I think I have advertised enough.. haha~
Brudder, don't know how much you saved up, but if come this summer when I'm in US, we can go around manz.. haha~ look for cheap accommodations, free and easy tour. eat and cook with an electrical pot.

Oh... I forgot to tell you... Maybe this is something that you don't really approve with cooking. Recently, I did some of the most ridiculous mixing of ingredients. I had salmon fried rice, stir fry salmon with vegetables, etc etc. The idea is trying out new tastes, not necessarily mixing things up, but come up with new recipes or stuff. I mean I'm not in the field to know exactly what to do, so it's just a suggestion.
I know you mentioned before that culinary is not masak masak. It will be if you're serious, but it's not if the creativity and results is good. That's how things are innovated, and prevented from closing.

i applaud ur initiative to innovate n come up with interesting dishes. as a chef, i will continue to encourage my pals to cook, cook and cook.
i still dunno if i'll be going over to visit ya. oall of a sudden, i wanna go to italy. well, too early to say anything.
