a new life

yeah, i faced immense pressure when i listed the work for tmrw on the board. all eyes were on me, especially when i started to write down our names to the job. when it came to chocolate work, my boss was like asking me to put her pet down for it but her pet asked her to leave me alone n let me write what i wanna write. see, the thing is i've this notebk which i jot down everything before the list is written on the board for everyone to view. her pet noticed that i start planning during lunch time n she has peeped at my notebook n saw for herself that on several occasions, i didn't even put her down for the choc job. however, when i wrote on the board, her name was subsequently attached to it. my god.... i enver knew that it could be so tough. it's just planning wat! damn! on the other hand, my other colleague who used to plan the work flow urged me to put someone else to do the choc job. she, too experienced wat i've been going thr n we talked abt it. finally, i put the new guy to do it. i dun care. if it's abt fair play, i'll just carry it out. this is my style.

i've declared right from the start that my work flow plan allows for job rotation. everyone knows that i actually keep that note book so that i can track who has done wat or hasn't done any thing yet.

actually, i felt pretty good abt my action. nothing wrong at all. i asked them for their opinion on my planning n so far it's been fine. they all understand me quite well. they know that i'm very straight fwd n i'm an impartial person.
